Work the most difficult progression in a set.  As fatigue sets in ease the progression.

Shoulder Press 7×1

Take the 1RM established and do 3 sets of a Bench Press AMRAP.  Perform as many Ring Rows and GHDSU as you did Bench Press.  Rest as needed between sets doing single leg good mornings, active pigeon, and straddle-up.
