Every minute on the minute Overhead Squat 1x starting with the barbell. Add 10lbs for the boys, 5lbs for the girls. Keeping adding weight every minute until failure then begin to Front Squat 1x, adding weight every minute. After failing the Front Squat move on to Back Squat.
