30 minutes. Try and move at a conversational pace to keep moving. You can change the load on the barbell. We are moving at this pace in anticipation on PR Day tomorrow. If you don’t care about PR Day or will not be around tomorrow there is still value in training at a causal pace to teach your body to aerobically flush long, grinding workouts.
