This Saturday we will be having a Veterans Day workout from 8-11am. There is a sign-up sheet for heat times. Afterwards Coach Tara will be doing a self-defense clinic for women to help fundraise for a girl scout troop. It is $15 to join for the day.
Start the first round with the rep scheme 3-2-1x. Rest as long as it took to do the round. Add one rep to any set in the next rounds (i.e. 3-3-1x or 4-2-1x)
Keep adding a rep to any set in the following rounds.
