In a world that is evermore sedentary and obesity on the rise, we all need an outlet for improvement. Ares Athletic Club, home of CrossFit A-Game, wants to help everybody make fitness a lifestyle. Simply measuring success by standing on a scale is cutting yourself short. We take a performance based approach to fitness to empower you and keep everybody engaged.
Most other gyms’ business models are not invested in its members’ success. Get excited with other people that are looking to make themselves better. Being around others is what drives our people to get better. We all draw from each other’s accomplishments.

Every session is thought out to build on the last workout, not just sweat for the sake of sweating. That means looking at all aspects of fitness: cardio endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, balance, agility, power, and speed. Specialization of fitness is a pigeon hole that comes at a price, whether it is boredom, at best, or overuse to create an injury. Fitness should translate to athletic performance, but, more importantly, to everyday living.
