Every session is thought out to build on the last workout, not just sweat for the sake of sweating. That means looking at all aspects of fitness: cardio endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, balance, agility, power, and speed. Specialization of fitness is a pigeon hole that comes at a price, whether it is boredom, at best, or overuse to create an injury. Fitness should translate to athletic performance, but, more importantly, to everyday living.
